Mission Statement
St. Francis Day School provides a preschool experience in a faith-centered environment that nurtures children spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically as it prepares them to be engaged students and good citizens.
Education
The St. Francis Day School program provides a caring, Christian environment where children grow spiritually and develop respect for others and themselves. Children are encouraged to learn and think for themselves through a balance of free play and planned activities appropriate to their developmental levels. We also offer a flexible schedule that fits the needs of each family as well as fun and exciting After School Activities!
The children’s educational experiences are enhanced with materials, books, and toys that reflect the diversity of the children in our program. Our teachers enthusiastically support your children, helping them to reach their potential, treating them with dignity and respect as full participants in their development and learning. We maintain open communication between parents and staff through open houses, conferences, correspondence, and weekly email updates. The active participation, ideas, and creativity of parents are welcome as we seek to provide the best possible care for our students.

Nut-Free Policy
We are an allergy-aware school and will not knowingly serve any item that is made with nuts, nut oil, made in a factory that uses nuts, or could possibly be contaminated.
Preschool Program
Our Preschool Programs are designed to enhance the growth of the individual child in the areas of:
- Language
- Gross and fine motor skills
- Self-concept
- Socialization
- Emotional maturity
- Music and art
St. Francis Day School is awesome! I pick up my granddaughter from school 3 days a week and every day she leaves happy, excited, and bubbling over to share what she has learned that day. She has grown not only in her understanding of numbers, letters, words, and concepts but also in her ability to play and interact with other children and to converse with them and with adults. I have seen how kindly and well she and her classmates play with each other and I attribute much of this to her teachers. They have been simply awesome! I hope that throughout her school years she has teachers as loving and talented as those she has had at St. Francis.

We have been at the school for 4 years now and we LOVE it! Every single teacher is so caring, loves what they do, and makes my kids feel loved. I love the big playground shaded by trees and all the extra classes the kids do like music, yoga, and godly play. They also have a "rainy day" room for days when they can't go outside to play. I can't say enough about this wonderful school!
